Omnistar Email Marketing Software includes the capability to put forms
on your site and gather information from customers
who sign up for the forms.
Setting up a form on your site is extremely easy.

STEP 1: Create a new form
From the main admin page, select Create Website Forms.
From here you will have the option of creating a new
form, in one of 3 formats. You can setup a standard
page, a textbox that you can insert into one of your
pages, or you can generate the code for a form without
formatting and customize the code yourself. Whichever
method you select, you will have to add a form.

STEP 2: Setup the contents of the
form
Once you have created a new form, you will
be prompted to name the form and setup permissions,
as well as select which list the form will add users
to. You can order the fields of the form at the bottom
of the page.

STEP 3a: Create a template page
If you selected this option for your form page, you
can customize the colors and images on the page. Once
you set this up, you can link to the form, allowing
users to signup there.

STEP 3b: Set up a text box
You can set up a text box with custom colors as well.
Customize the colors and you will be able to paste
the code for the form into your website.

STEP 3c: Customize your own text box
If you select this option, the code for a blank form
will be generated and you will be able to customize
it with your own HTML.
