Create Website Forms
Omnistar Mailer is a powerful application used to configure, control, build, grow and utilize a mailing list. You can send emails to customers who have bought your product, prospective sales, leads, etc. Email marketing is a fast paced business, but Omnistar Mailer makes everything simple by providing you with all of your email marketing resources in one place. One of the great things about Omnistar Mailer is the flexibility with which you can integrate the software into your site. We offer 3 different options for connecting to the mailer to sign up.
Standard Registration Form
The standard registration form is the simplest option, the mailer creates a page which you can link to, and it collects information from customers there. This page can be completely customized to match your needs, allowing you to link customers to your mailer directly. This is a useful system because its simple to set up, customization can easily be handled from the Mailer back end without any technical knowledge, and the result is an attractive page that will work every time your customer makes a submission, it is not susceptible to being broken by someone editing the page.
Subscriber Text Box
The subscriber text box option generates code for a small box on your site that will ask the customer for their email. Upon submission, the user is then linked to the full email form. This option offers you the flexibility of page you completely control and customize, with the added benefit of being able to place it directly on any (or every) page of your site. The entry field is small and unobtrusive, so it can be incorporated into headers, footers, and sidebars without taking up too much room. You can also customize the color of the field easily, making this a simple option for those who have no experience with HTML. This is a great way to put the option to sign up for the mailing list on every page without sacrificing the information you are collecting on customers. They still are forwarded to a page where they fill out the rest of their information, a page which you also have the ability to customize.
Design Your Own Form
The most complicated option, design your own form offers you the ultimate in flexibility when handling the growth of your email list. The design your own form option simply generates HTML code for your form, void of any colors or other markup, that you can paste onto your site. But once you have the code, you have the option of doing whatever you want with it, allowing you to change the colors, the order, the descriptions, anything you think should be altered, can be. You have the ability to make the form look as though it is part of your site, and since you can have the system forward customers to a thank you page on your site, they never even know a 3rd party's software was used, making your site look more professional. Even if you don't do anything to the code, this is a great way to create a subscriber page on your site, as the fields will automatically appear when you paste the code into your site design!
