Omnistar Email Marketing Software allows you to create email management triggers. The reason you would want to create triggers is to automatically manage duplicate emails within your company, ensuring customers only receive the email campaigns that are most directed at their needs and campaigns that are very targeted.

STEP 1: Create an email list
From the main admin area, select Create Email List.and then Select Create New Email List and enter a name for the email list. Click the Show Advanced Options radio button.
STEP 2: Set up removal from other lists
When configuring the advanced features, you can have the system scan other lists every time a user submits their email to the to this new email list and remove any occurrence of their email in the other lists. Select which lists you would like to use this feature with using control click (command click on a mac) to select multiple lists.
STEP 3: Generate HTML Code
You also have the option of using HTML code to remove a member from the new email list that you are creating any time their email is passed to the HTML code that is generated by the software, for example with this powerful feature you can delete a subscriber in a marketing email list after they purchase your product and optionally you can have the subscribers moved to a new list that you have setup aside for customers. Once you select, if you want the software to move the subscriber to a list after they are deleted, copy the generate code to the HTML page on which it is supposed to run and replace the email address with the variable that represents emails in your PHP code.
