The Omnistar Email Marketing Software includes a feature that allows
users to search their email text for keywords and
rules that will lead to it being flagged as spam.
Our database keeps growing, so this feature will only
get better with time, its the perfect way to make
sure you will not get your mail sent to the spam filter.
Using the feature is simple::

|

Email Marketing Software. Select Create Campaigns, and from there select
Add New Campaign, setup your campaign to your specifications
and you are ready to search your content.

STEP 2: Click the search button and
analyze results
Now scroll down to the bottom of the page and select
the Check Email for Spam Keywords button. This will
generate a report that shows all keywords and broken
rules that flag as spam. These will be accompanied
by numbers, the higher the number, the more likely
this keyword or broken rule will result in your email
going to the spam filter.
|
STEP 3: Make revisions and recheck
Change the keywords that rank highly as spam and
fix any broken rules. You should now recheck your
content, because you might have inadvertently broken
rules or added new spam keywords. Continue this process
until your email comes out clean. It is now safe to
send your campaign without fear of it getting caught
in spam filters!
