Advanced Management of Multiple Mailing Lists

The Omnistar Email Marketing Software includes the option to create an unlimited number of mailing lists, as well as the capacity to add an unlimited number of recipients to each list. Needless to say, you can wind up with a lot of data on your hands, so we include an advanced management system to give you as many options as possible for dealing with all the different subscribers to your mailing list. This page is specifically designed to let you manage all your mailing lists at once, making everything easier for the administrator.

STEP 1: Bulk Manage Users
Select the Advanced Management link from the main admin page. From here you can perform all the necessary actions on this page. The first set of options are for bulk managing users. You can delete all the users that are currently not subscribed to a single list in your system, you can bulk confirm all un-confirmed users, you can search for users with invalid emails, you can bulk un-confirm users with invalid emails, you can even delete all users with invalid emails. You can have the system automatically change everyone to receiving HTML emails, or change everyone to receiving text emails, and you can return a list of all unsubscribed users.

STEP 2: Delete Inactive Users
The system can also handle bulk deleting of some users. You can delete users that have bounced an email any number of times, allowing you to ensure you aren't sending to dead accounts. You can also enter a date range and delete all the unconfirmed users within it.

STEP 3: Resend Confirmation Emails
You can bulk email all unconfirmed users with a new confirmation emails. Simply enter the date range to send within, and enter a from address and email text. This will go out and encourage un-confirmed users to confirm their membership on the list. This is useful when combined with the ability to delete these users, as you can send out a final warning letter then delete the ones who don't confirm.

STEP 4: Search for Users and Manage System Settings
If you want to search all your mailing lists at once, you can use the search form on this page. You can also set the start date and date range for the date custom field. You can also add a spam protection code at the bottom of your signup forms, as well as change the text that appears next to it. With the tools provided on this page, you will be able to keep track of lists even when they grow too large to work with individually.
