Email Marketing Software System Email Management

The Omnistar Email Marketing Software has a number of tools that allow you to more easily interact with your mailing list manager. One of the features the email marketing software incorporates is the ability to customize your system emails to include whatever data you need to have attached to your emails. This capability is just one of many ways Omnistar Email Marketing Software makes your email marketing easier to manage.

STEP 1: Select an email to edit
From the main administrative menu, select the System Emails link. From this page you will see all of the system emails, their description, and the email address they come from. Each email has a specific function that cannot be changed. You can, however, edit the emails by clicking on the email's title.

STEP 2: Edit the content of the email
Once you have selected an email you can select whether
the system will use the email or not, the name the
email will be listed as from, the outbound email address,
the reply to email and the return path for bounced
emails. You can enter a new subject and change the
body of the email, including setting the HTML settings.
You can use the personalization substitution variables
at the bottom of the page to customize the email for
each recipient.

STEP 3: Email Functions
The system emails perform the following functions: The bounce notify email goes out when an email address bounces an email. The new user email goes out when an email is registered with the software, the profile modified emails go out when a user changes their profile, and the statistics email can go out when you monitor the statistics of an email campaign. The un-subscribed email goes out when an email user un-subscribes from a list. New survey goes out when an email user survey is created. |
