Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, you can use your own domain. If you have not purchased a domain, then you can purchase a domain through us from your customer care area. If you have already purchased a domain name through another company, we will provide you the settings that you need to point the domain to your program.

How does the 15 day free trial work?

If you cancel your account within the first 15 days of signing up you will not be charged.

How does billing work?

After your 15 day trial has ended, we will charge your credit card on file for the first month. Then we will bill your account monthly. You can cancel at any time. There are no long term commitments on your end.

Will I be able to set up the software right away?

Yes, as soon as you sign up for our trial, the software will be immediately installed and you will be able to setup your email campaign in less than 10 minutes.

Can I remove the "Powered by Text"?

Yes, for an additional $20/month you can remove the "powered by text".

What happens if I exceed my monthly hits?

If you exceed the monthly hits that you are allotted for the plan that you have, you will be notified by support and automatically upgraded to the next highest plan.

Are there any other fees that I need to know about?

No. The prices you see above are all inclusive.

What type of payment do you accept?

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No, Omnistar Mailer Software is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you are billed for the current month, but you wont be billed again.

Can I change my plan after I sign up?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time, just send us the request in the customer care area.

Will this slow down my site?

No, Omnistar Mailer Software will not slow down your website. Our code is asynchronous which means your web pages will not be slowed down by our code.

Can you integrate with my shopping cart / gateway?

Yes, you can easily integrate with any shopping cart or gateway. We have an easy to use wizard that steps you through the process and if you do not have time or do not want to worry about the integration, we have a managed integration department that will take care of the whole process for you.
