Create Auto-Responders

From this section of the bulk email marketing software you can manage auto-responders.

If you select Add Auto-Responder you will need to fill out the form, click the button labeled "Step 2."

Field	Description
Auto-Responder Name:	This is the display name of the Auto-responder
Send To:	Here you select which users you wish to receive the email
Format	You can also choose whether the email is sent in HTML or plain text format
Email List	Select which of your lists will receive the auto-response

The next step allows you to finish creating an autoresponder

Field	Description
Email Subject	This is the subject of the email that the subscriber is going to receive when they get your autoresponder email.
From Name	This is optional and used if you want a name to appear next to the email address when the person gets your email.
From	When the subscriber gets your autoresponder email, the from address of that email will be whatever is filled out in this field.
Reply-To	When the subscriber gets your Thank You email, the reply-to will be set to whatever is in this field.
Return-Path	When the subscriber gets your Thank You email, the Return-Path will be set to whatever is in this field.
Send Delay	This should be set to 0 for autoresponder emails.
Text Email Body	If the subscriber has only a text email program, then whatever text you enter in this field will be sent to the subscriber.
HTML Email Options	If you want to send an HTML email to your subscribers then you should either select one of the templates or you can specify a URL in the field: "Location of HTML I want to send:" However you cannot select a template and enter a URL in this field. Also, if your HTML email has graphic pictures, make sure the HTML code refers to the image you use with the absolute path. For example: http://www.yourdomain.com/images.jpg
Attachments	These fields give you the option to browse in an attachment file. If you want to browse in an attachment, simply click on the "Browse" button and select the attachment from your computer.
Monitor the number of users who read this campaign	If this box is checked, you'll be able to find out how many of your members read the campaign from the track campaign section.
Update Profile Text	These fields give you the option to show these options to the subscriber when the email goes out. To show the specified option, you should just check the option. Also, you will be able to modify the text that the user will be shown.
Update Un-Subscribe Text	If this box is checked, the subscriber will have the ability to unsubscribe as a member.
Share email with a friend	If this box is checked, the subscriber will have the ability to share your email campaign with a friend.
