Create Website Forms

From this section of the email marketing software you can customize the user interface that will be presented to your users.  There are a number of different options for how to customize the site.

All of the methods detailed below will direct you to this page, from here select add form.

The first choice uses a ready-made registration form where you can customize the header and links of the form. When you click Add Form, fill out the form.

The second choice is to create a Subscriber Text Box.  You can customize the email subscriber field where users will enter their email. In addition, you can customize the profile page. The profile page is the page that comes up after the users enter their email.

The third choice is to Design Your Own Form, which is for advanced users only.  From this section you can obtain code to cut and paste to create online forms. When you design your form you can be as creative as you like with the layout, however just make sure you use all the same field names and form action line that is below. There are two code examples below. The first code example should be used if you want to create an online form that is not within a table. The second example should be used if you want to create an online form within a table. You should only use ONE of the code examples given.
