Omnistar Mailer tracks statistics on the open rate
and click thru rate of all emails, allowing you to
track the success rate of your emails directly. You
can view how many subscribers opened the email, and
how many times each opened it. You can view the number
of times users clicked links within the software as
well. To learn more about viewing statistics, follow
these steps:
|
|
STEP 1a: Choose a subscriber
Our software makes statistics accessible from several
places in the software. Select Edit Members from under
the Edit Members heading. From here select a list
you would like to view members for. Enter search terms
that will bring you to your desired list members.
|
STEP 2a: View Statistics on the subscriber
Select any of the emails you wish to learn more about.
You can now view the number of times the user has
opened each email campaign they have been sent. As
well, their click-throughs will be displayed.
|
STEP 1b: Select an Email Campaign
Alternately, you can view statistics for a specific
email campaign. You should select the Edit Campaign
or Manage Autoresponders button, and select a specific
email within the category. From here, select View
Statistics.
|
STEP 2b: View Statistics
This page will display statistics on the received
rate, the open rate, and the click-thru rate. The
software lists the users with the highest number of
times opening the email. From here, you have the option
of sending emails just to recipients who opened the
email, as well as the option of sending emails just
to recipients who did not open the email. This gives
you the flexibility to send targeted mailings, for
example to just those you know are interested in your
emails, or alternately as a follow up to users that
did not open the emails.
|
STEP 3b: Download Statistics
You can also download all of these statistics. You
will either be downloading a .csv file or a .txt file,
depending on the statistics. This means you will have
all the information you need to use the statistics.
You also have the option of downloading or emailing
the entire contents of the statistics page in a text
format.
